Forms You Will Need For Boys & Girls Clubs
Boys Club
The Boys Club at East Bay Volleyball Club offers a comprehensive and engaging environment for young male athletes looking to develop their volleyball skills. Whether you’re aiming for competitive play or recreational fun, we provide well-structured teams, flexible schedules, and everything you need to get started.
Boys Club Teams and Weekly Schedules
August – November
Practices are 2 days a week, 2 hours each practice
Flexible Fees and Payment Options
- Club fees generally range as follows:
- 12U: $1,000
- 13U, 14U: $1,500
- 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U: $1,800
- The commitment deposit fee is $300. It is due on commitment night (pay in full and receive a 5% discount!)
- Canceling the signed commitment will require a $150 cancellation fee.
- Payment plan options: 2, 3, or 4 months

2025-2026 BOYS MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYERS TRYOUT SCHEDULE
Sunday, June 29th and Sunday, July 27th – Tryout Fee $30
NCVA Age 11-14s: Check In: 8:00 am to 9:00 am, Tryout: 9:00 am – 10:30 am
2025-2026 BOYS HIGH SCHOOL AGE 15 – 18 PLAYER TRYOUT SCHEDULE
NCVA Age 14s: Check In: 9:30 am to 10:30 am, Tryout: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
NCVA Age 15s: Check In: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Tryout: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
NCVA Age 16/17/18s: Check In: 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, Tryout: 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm

Tryout Schedule
All players must bring current/valid/renewed NCVA membership card, USA Volleyball Medical Release form, and Player Information Sheet to tryout. No exceptions! If you have not played club before you must purchase an NCVA Membership before tryouts. If you had a membership last season you may use that for tryouts. Check your USA Volleyball Player Age. The Age Chart is from the last season – don’t forget to move yourself up one year. As soon as USAV publishes the new age chart we will swap out.

Sunday, June 29th – Tryout Fee $30
NCVA Age 10-18s: Check In: 8:15 am to 9:00 am, Tryout: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

- The commitment deposit fee is $500. It is due on commitment night (pay in full and receive a 5% discount!)
- Canceling the signed commitment will require a $250 cancellation fee
- Payment plan options: 2, 3, or 4 months
